June 10, 2021, was my appointment time. I asked several times if there was a co-pay, and I was told no. I get to an appointment and after check-in, I was charged a $197.00 co-pay. if I didn't pay I stand the risk of being charged later because if I decline I'm still responsible for the visit. I don't think it's right to wait until customers get to appointments to then charge them a high co-pay. RecommendedI’ve always been terrified of dentist since I was a little girl. Finally I built enough courage to go and fix my smile yesterday. I stopped at two other locations before this one, but they just couldn’t get me in the same day as I had wanted. I had a very positive experience on April 26th with the dentist & whole team. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable & courteous. They have the latest dental technology & will go out of their way to help their clients! I highly recommend them!😍❤️💕😇
