I was given 8 minutes notice that they could not provide my scheduled cleaning. Since it was for a new house move-in, I had taken PTO to be there for the four hours they would be cleaning. Since we also scheduled the appointment based on the timing of the moving company, we were left with no other options on a Friday afternoon but to rush to the store for cleaning supplies and spend the rest of the day doing the work ourselves. Instead of convenience, this company gave me a headache.
I would not recommend this service. We booked online and waited almost a month for our appointment. The morning of the appt, they called to say that they had to reschedule for later that day which really inconvenienced us since we both work. Then they came, took the whole amount and only did 1/4 of the work they said they would. The person cleaning decide to use the whole 2 hours to clean 1 1/2 baths (which didn't require anywhere near that long). Then they argued with me about remedying the situation and/or a refund. I booked via website at first and received a message that our service was being reviewed. I never saw a confirmation so I called their office number. They said that the online booking system doesn't work and she was able to schedule us for another appointment a week later. I received an email and text confirmation from them. Their system sent several text messages in the days leading up to the appointment as reminders. Today was our appointment but they never showed up. Jessica spent 3 hours nonstop cleaning our home and did a fantastic job!
Courtney was extremely professional and friendly. She did a great job in cleaning my home. I would highly recommend Miller’s to anyone who wants a clean house!
