They showed up on short notice. AWESOME. I tipped the cleaner $20 upon her arrival as a pre-thank you, then gave her a list of things I needed done. About half of the tasks got done (eg some window sills were scrubbed, the floor was mopped) but the other half (kids' hand smears on door jams, deep cleaning of both bathrooms) just got ignored. Used this service for 6 weeks, was over billed both months, had items go missing from our house including, small electronics, cash and months after firing realized RX medication missing. She also lost the key to our home and the locks had to be replaced. NO RETURN CALLS FROM OWNER
