Josh was quick to diagnose and repair the issue with our crawlspace dehumidifier pump. He was courteous and open to questions. When I need Millers’ help again, I would ask for Josh.
We had a new unit installed and our ductwork replaced. Jeremy and crew were professional and friendly. He kept me informed along the way of how long it would take and any issues they encountered. It’s been a couple of days since the install and so far so good! This is the 3rd job we’ve had done by millers home comfort and have had good experiences each time.
Mr. Walker, the service technician, arrived at my home in a timely manner and with a pleasant personality. Mr. Walker was conducting an annual maintenance service and found minor problems with my unit. We discussed solutions to solve the problems while viewing the pictures taken by Mr. Walker. Had to post an update. Another great year and great experience having Miller’s as our heating and A/C company. We just had Dean come by for our regular checkup visit and asked him to update our thermostats (we have two, once that broke so we took that as an opportunity to upgrade) to a smart system.
