We recently ordered an arrangement for a friend for her birthday in the shape of a birthday cake. It was described on the website in great detail. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. It specifically said it would arrive on a raised white cake stand and wrapped in cellophane. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience here. My sister and I ordered flowers for our mother, in honor of our grandmother who recently passed. The arrangement looked VERY different from what was pictured on the website. We understand if substitutions had to be made, but again it looked nothing like the picture, and we were never contacted about the substitutions. I ordered flowers for my wife for our 4th wedding anniversary, and there was a mix-up with the online service about including a balloon, teddy bear, and chocolates.
