I ordered flowers for my wife for our 4th wedding anniversary, and there was a mix-up with the online service about including a balloon, teddy bear, and chocolates. I called Vickie Gibson, and she sorted everything out quickly. Despite her team facing some medical issues, and being short staffed. Vickie was incredibly kind and genuine.
