absolutely incompetent company. I’ve been calling for over a year and a half every Thursday evening about my garbage not being collected or my recycling not being collected. I don’t understand how after a year and a half that you just don’t come and pick it up the first time, it just seems like every Thursday evening. I’m calling 311 and complaining that my garbage or my recycling hasn’t been picked up. I just can’t believe that this hasn’t been resolved yet and all of the calls should be on record. Was a long time client but had to cancel our account and do not recommend to anyone. We were on weekly pick ups and were missed a week every month for 5 months with full charges applied and never any customer service or accountability from the company. You will be charged whether they do the job or not and calling to try to talk with anyone will only result in a spiked blood pressure and you'll still be charged. Avoid!
