Executive chef Steven Satterfield co-owns this restaurant with general manager Neal McCarthy, and offers a seasonal and sustainable dining experience. Miller Union is a must do if you are over on the Westside. They specialize in farm to table dishes, and that's really where they excel: in the uncommon meats and cuts they really make shine. You are seriously doing yourself a disservice if you don't try their farm egg in celery cream appetizer. It's a MUST. I craved it for a solid month after trying it the first time. The server the last time we went seemed a little bored with our table, but it was during the holidays so maybe that's why? Overall food is great, service is go... read more

We had a great dinner with friends here recently and thought the entire experience was great. We all sampled each others dishes and 2 out of 4 were excellent.

They have an epic bourbon drink with vanilla bitters. Oh and the food is good too

This was one of the worst places to have lunch. The food was mediocre and the atmosphere was similar to eating on a park table. The quail was ok. One of my colleagues had the smoked trout and it looked like rubber. He did not like it. Don't waste the time or the effort going.

A full parking lot is always a good sign at a restaurant, but the thought of negotiating the full lot to find a spot was overwhemling. We were seated immediately in a very cozy dining room just behind the bar. The wait staff was incredibly attentive (considering h... read more

I was deeply disappointed in my experience at Miller Union. While the food was the only good thing about my visit, the remainder left me sour to the whole experience. The staff seemed very snobby and wasn't friendly at all. They seemed to take offense to anything you questioned with the menu or overall setup of the restaurant. I was very taken back from the outset with the parking issue. They have a lot right in front of the restaurant, but you can't use that. They offer valet, but at a cost on top of the already high prices... read more
