Sent a truck in for a tire to be plugged, after they pulled the screw out they said the tire wouldn’t be safe to work on, they would have noticed the sun cracking before the screw was pulled, they should have before pulling it asked what they would like is to do! . Now the truck has no tire and they want us to buy one of their tires. I said I had new tires and can have them brought right over, and they said they had to charge a wait time. On top of all that without asking they added a 250 dollar charge for balancing the tire... read more
