I think their whole service team needs an attitude adjustment. Rude and won't take accountability for their mistakes.

I recently brought my new rims and my tires to this shop, and the tires were still in excellent condition with lots of tread, practically looking new. I wanted the tires mounted, but they refused because the tires were from 2010. I explained that they were for my antique BMW, which I only drive a few times a year, but the shop insisted that they are “not allowed” to put old tires on, even if they are in exceptional shape. I have gone to this place in the and had good service except for this last time. I had my check engine light come on so I drove right to the Dart location and they had done a diagnostic on the engine. I called them and they told me my engine was basically shot, and it would cost over $5000. Told the girl my car isn't worth that. Went back later to get my keys and decide what to do about it. Drove it the next day to my work then home later that night. No lights on the dash (no check engine light). No issues at all on the driv... read more
