They're so wonderful! second to none
Staff are friendly and great to deal with, until there is a problem. They were kind enough to submit my tire warranty claim and helped with the process. Unfortunately upon installation of the new tires the tech damaged my brand new wheels on the machine and refused that it was them, as I had “no proof”. They are brand new…. No damage when dropped off. What made it worse was the store manager telling me “it’s not a big deal as it’s not the inside lip, so you won’t see it”. $200 before tax for just balancing the wheels with "road force"? and that price is just for balance them. Crazy.
These guys are fast and competent. Thank you for your great service. Their bays were full, so a tech came right out to the lot and changed my damaged tire right there.
