Do not recommend. I came in to change my tire today and do a tire rotation. When I left the shop I went straight home to eat and relax then went to publix. Leaving publix I realized I had a flat tire and could not go anywhere. Apparently the valve for the tire has a slice. The shop is trying to say that the tire I had on for the past 6 months was probably and that never gave me an issue, already damaged and that today it chose to give out. Likely story. Horrible customer service. I went to get a tire change but needed to know the price before purchasing and the employee who attended me was rude and gave me a tone telling me to "just get off and go inside to ask." I did not mind doing so but if you're an employee, learn to be polite and talk in a kind manner to your customers.
This has been the worst first experience with a company that I have ever had. I chose to go with Miller Tire due to their advertised expedited shipping. Not only are my tires almost a week later than expected. But after receiving the run around with every excuse under the sun, I have only received 1 of 4 tires and was told that “sometimes this just happens and there is nothing they can do about it”.
