Well I would be a heck of a lot happier if the bartenders would actually get on the same page for what for what drink charges are?! Been here many times get the same drink every time and have been charged 3 different prices over the last 3 nights......seriously get your shit together! It's called universal training for a reason.

First time here and my Steak was well done when I wanted a medium; I didn't ask for them to take it back cause I didn't wanna have to wait longer and no one asked if the steak was ok. Our table was way too filled when we asked for not everything to be brought out at once, and it took forever just to get a second drink... granted it was busy, but not a good experience first time around.

They have great burgers and cheese curds. Great variety of beer. Fun staff. Funny t-shirts! Love to people watch out the windows. Fast service. And of course we always stop by the Hilton to see Millie the dog. :)
While the wait to be seated wasn't a surprise in and of itself given there was a sold out concert at the Bradley center; however I saw that the wait was the result of the poor planning and staffing. Given your proximity to Severson prominent locations I would thimk it behove management to be cognizant of the events in the area, anticipte higher traffic and staff accordingly.
