In 2005, I used the mounting tape to mount several 8x10 wood frame pictures on my living room wall Today, March 3, 2016, I took the pictures down as I am moving. Not only did these pictures stay securely on the wall all these years, there was not a trace on the wall of where they were mounted Came off cleanly. This is a great product, and I use it where ever possible to mount frames. My only complaint is trying to find it local stores so I go thru Amazon.
