I called to have someone come look at my bathroom because the toilet isn’t flushing properly. The appointment time came and went. Nobody showed up or called to say they weren’t coming. I missed work and my toilet still isn’t working!!

One of the coldest days of the year and no heat - Nest thermostat failure, brrrrrrrrr! Doug arrives, investigates, and finds that the furnace is good, phew! Doug confirms it's the Nest thermostat. He makes a trip to the truck and returns with an "old school" thermostat. He hooks it up, and we're back in the hot air business! Thank you, Miller Plumbing, thank you, Doug!
