I drove an hour to your store and you didn't honor your online price for a floor model bench. You sold it for twice the price of a new one but I was out of time and options at that point.
Tried to save money and set my grand piano up myself with two other people none of which ever did it before. If you are ever thinking about doing this DON"T DO IT! Get professionals to do it. During our attempt the rear leg broke right off and the piano crashed to the floor. After freaking out and getting the piano back up on the dolly, I called Miller Piano Specialists for advice. I was absolutely astounded by this group’s level of professionalism, empathy, honesty, responsiveness, and attention to detail. They did an exceptional job voicing and regulating an old Everett of mine. They were incredibly clear and transparent. When I expressed a desire to have more voicing adjustments, they came to adjust my piano a second time free of charge. That is exceptional service. They breathed new life into an old piano that had been neglected for years. I highly recommend their services.
