I was absolutely astounded by this group’s level of professionalism, empathy, honesty, responsiveness, and attention to detail. They did an exceptional job voicing and regulating an old Everett of mine. They were incredibly clear and transparent. When I expressed a desire to have more voicing adjustments, they came to adjust my piano a second time free of charge. That is exceptional service. They breathed new life into an old piano that had been neglected for years. I highly recommend their services.
We decided to sell our beloved baby grand prior to moving. Along with our children, I enjoyed playing this piano so very much. As a jazz vocalist, hearing my original songs and the classics of the American Songbook on the instrument was unbelievable. My friend and I visited just to ask questions and learn; Forrest was so pleasant, patient, and well spoken. The people here clearly have a love for the craft and a love for the art. The pianos were also beautiful and while I am not an expert and may not appreciate them as much as someone more familiar, i really enjoyed looking over such incredible instruments.
