They were friendly & Hospitable, but that is the only good quality abiut this business. They are NOT to be trusted for Bedbug services. We used them twice. The second time was because they didn't come out for the first time's follow-up. Well, they charged us AGAIN and STILL didn't do the follow-up for the 2nd treatment. They don't return your phone calls and won't reschedule follow-ups. We have a FULL infestation of bedbugs now and have to go with a second exterminator for a 3RD treatment.
