Week after week, Paul helps me feel better. The work is slow, but the effects are lasting, unlike many other therapies I've experienced. As for Jane's comment, Paul has his defensive moments (therapists need therapy, too), and I can't speak to his documentation practices, but in my conversations with him about matters of ethics, his point of view is always a carefully considered one. There is no one I would rely on more in my time of need.
