I will be switching doctors due to the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior I experienced when calling to reschedule an appointment. I have been a patient here for years and think the doctor is great, but Pauline, who I spoke with, chewed me out for needing to reschedule, which was completely unacceptable. This level of poor customer service is why I decided to take my healthcare elsewhere.
Always a pleasure to work with Dr. Miller! He is a dedicated professional who makes sure I have healthy eyes and can see great!
Dr. Ransberger is amazing! She’s always very welcoming and remembers her clients. I couldn’t ask for a better eye doctor!!!
