I have always bought my cars from another local dealer. I needed something and test drove a bunch as they had more inventory than the dealer I like. One I wanted to buy was sold but it was not moved off the lot, great.... The one I bought was nice but... We bought the car on Thursday. On Saturday the washer fluid light came on. Called and convinced them they had to fix it at no cost. Appointment coming on Wednesday By Monday it had a flat, it happens. Took it to the local tire place and they found an Allen Wrench.
