Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived

Would you refer a friend or family member to this psychiatrist? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this psychiatrist have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Not at all, its out in the boondocks

Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? No, they were respectful and understanding Is this psychiatrist easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

No, I don't think so Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
