I'd give her 2 stars for her kind listening at one point in the consultation, but her overall review here needs to come down more. Perhaps there was a time she was great at this job, but not now. We experienced a lack of organization, untimely and inconsiderate communication, small amount of direction and multiple errors in our documents. Which cost me more! Not to mention an unclear invoice that billed more than expected and ended up seeming intentionally tricky - due to all the aforementioned problems.
Tracy provided an excellent service - helping my ex and I negotiate a tricky situation without having to involve family court or lawyers.
Tracy was amazing to work with. She kept us grounded during a year along battle (due to the other side), and was amazing at getting the parties to come to a resolution! The biggest thing she taught us was to “take the emotion out of it and stick to the facts” She’s there to get a solution not waste your money. I highly recommend her if you want to try and save money by using mediation! Christina F -
