Got to the end of my filing and realized they don't even offer an electronic copy of the tax return. I wasn't warned about their deficiency when I gave them my paperwork. Also, they forgot my city return and then did it by hand, so the total turnaround time was longer. I now have a non-importable scanned PDF and no way to import it easily to TurboTax (which I now believe is actually superior to hiring someone).
