I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Friendly staff and the doctor took the time to answer my questions.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was nice and quiet. Dr. Jeffery Miller is a very exceptional urologist....he really cares about providing the best care for his patients and with minimal discomfort. His nurse Iris is a truly dedicated and concerned professional who has a gift of putting patients at ease during procedures. I cannot express how fearful I was about examinations by a urologist and this doctor and staff did everything possible to eliminate pain and discomfort. I now know why patients travel many extra miles just to be in the care of Dr. Miller.
