Excellent Outcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – My four children and I rented a custom home in Cameron Park. At first glance the home appeared to be in great condition. One month after moving in the roof began to leak, among other things. The landlord refused to make necessary repairs to the home and vehemently refused to let me out of my lease! John Miller and the staff at Miller Law handled my case with the upmost professionalism. The settlement he achieved for me and my family has allowed me to purchase my home! Thank you Miller Law!
Wonderful Experience – I was hesitant at first because of some of the negative reviews, but this firm is spectacular. I personally found attorney John Miller to be knowledgeable of case law and focused on doing what was best for me and my family. I had a very difficult and emotional case involving problems with my apartment. The issue was timely and successfully resolved to my great satisfaction.
JOHN MILLER IS A LYING POS – RUN like hell..away from this ahole of a lawyer. I went thru 4 lawyers, each guitting or being fired, John stole money out of my escrow account, when I called, I was told one lawyer was out of the office, when in fact he had quite a month prior....etc. John has been sued more than once for malpractice, and at least once settled so the decision would not become public record. John Miller is THE reason why people hate lawyers!!
A Joke – A joke of a law firm. Overworked disorganized staff and a ho bag manager that you have to meet with because the attorneys are always "unavailable" which means they are not around, on vacation. Still they are the cheapest around and you get what you pay for! Good luck ever trying to get an actual attorney on the phone too! THey just want your retainer and then hang you out to dry!!!!!
A very bad experience – We would find out years later and thousands of dollars invested that Miller Law was not telling us the truth from day one. Because Miller Law failed to properly disclose at the beginning about a number of important issues our case was seriously compromised and we would eventually settle with another attorney at about 25% of what we could have received if Miller Law had not made so many errors. great settlement – I recently had an excellent experience in a mold case handled by Miller Law, Inc. Although the case was long, time cosuming and VERY expensive, good things come to those who wait. I found Miller Law kept me informed during the case. I did not like to have to pay hourly for the case, but it involved construction defects and MOLD. Service above value – As an owner of a construction company for 34 years I know the meaning of you get what you pay for. Legal advice is very costly and can be more costly in the end if it's bad. My experince with John Miller was over a 18 month period so I got to know him and his staff very well. I was way out of my league and never felt it for one minute from any of them. The staff is A+. unwarranted criticism – I am a judicial officer who has known John Miller for more than a decade. It seems unfortunate that he has a number of critical reviews, I do not understand this since based on my experience with him. He is an excellent lawyer and particularly skilled in trial. Not worth your time and effort – I regret hiring Miller Law Inc.. Both my Miller Law lawyer, Mark Gallagher and the very owner/operator, John Miller, made costly errors. To add insult to injury they charged me for addressing these errors despite the the fact that these errors were in violation of the state bar's code of conduct. Simply put, I wish I never would have hired them, they were a waste of my time, money, and effort.
