Guy Tony doesn't know customer service and insults people, he is just another hustler. Bad business practices. There's better realty companies to use then these 3 star hustlers.
Started off great - then, VERY unresponsive. I was lied to several times before I fired the Realtor. Then, she put my house key where it couldn’t be retrieved, rather than where I asked. DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY in Tyler, Tx.
Stephanie is what you want in a Realtor. Never pushy yet hardline a negotiation. If you want a successful transaction hire Stephanie.
I used one of their realtors in 2016 to sell my home in Frankston, Tx. John was kind and nice to deal with, but we made zero progress selling my home. I think in the entire 6 month contract, we had 3 viewings that didnt pan out to anything. He never suggested an open house, or did anything to help it sell. I think he shared it on his facebook page once. All he ever suggested was lower the asking price, which we ended up lowering by $20k, way under value.
