Shady doesn’t begin to describe the realtor Delia Richardson I had to deal with. Judging by a majority of other reviews, it sounds indicative of this company. The representative, Delia Richardson, I’ve been dealing with was a nightmare. The deal was never completed because we were so uncomfortable with her and her antics. Guy Tony doesn't know customer service and insults people, he is just another hustler. Bad business practices. There's better realty companies to use then these 3 star hustlers.
Started off great - then, VERY unresponsive. I was lied to several times before I fired the Realtor. Then, she put my house key where it couldn’t be retrieved, rather than where I asked. DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY in Tyler, Tx.
