Recently moved into a building managed by Miller & Hinkle and the process was very smooth! Gustavo was really helpful and informative!
I’m pleased with the results and the overall professional team work from Sylvia and Gustavo. They are both excellent and very good at their jobs! I’m a happy tenant since 2010!
Too many times they or vendors they hire have let themselves onto the property without proper notification. Know your rights as a renter, a text saying "someone will be there today between 9am and 3pm" or "someone will be there after 1pm" are unacceptable and 100 percent illegal in California. It seems like every three months there is an entirely new staff working in their office, but the same lazy attitude towards tenant's rights persists.
