Jeez. These guys, especially Gustavo has been a complete pain to work with. I had initially found their ad on loopnet and I tried to connect with them through that platform. No answer for 2 days. I followed up with an email. No answer for 2 days. I called them. No answer but I did leave a voicemail. Gustavo finally sent me a text reply saying the office space is not available anymore and they sent me to their webpage to see what's available (this will also prove to be not true).
