Purchased my second new vehicle in 3 years from Steve Halbach at Miller Motor sales in Burlington. What I like about Steve is that he is very knowledgeable, considerate, professional, AND also very low pressure. If you are buying a new vehicle I would definitely talk with Steve and purchase "west of the interstate". My experience from purchase to service has been a pleasure at Miller Motors.

This was one of the best car buying experience for us. Sheila John was our salesperson. We had set up the appointment and when we reached the dealership, our car was all ready for the test drive. Sheila made sure that we see and understand all the features of the car. She answered our questions and not only did she gave us a very fair deal, she explained us the numbers with supporting documentation. She was very courteous, warm and delightful to work with. She exceeded our expectations for excellent customer service.

Used car sales are comfortable at Miller motors. They hope to sell, but they really want you to be happy about your selection and budget/price. Ken Hanson listens well and takes notes so he can find what you are hoping for. The experience is personable. Once the car was selected, Ken made sure it was ready with everything as expected and a little more, like a tank of gas.
First I'd like to thank Scott Lindbloom (Miller Motors) for the way he handled sale of car for my stepson Ethan, I wanted my stepson to experience his first purchase of a vehical and what to expect , Scott was perfect in handling sale, not a pushy salesman and answering all our questions and giving us a great deal .
