I had the best car shopping experience at Miller Motor in Burlington, WI. Ken Daniels was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. Listened to what I wanted and was able to answer all of my questions. Most important to me, he was not pushy at all in the process. The entire team that day - including Travis and their finance guy were incredible to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase. What a great experience! Was in the area and stopped in to look at a Ram 1500. Scott was great at showing me the different options. I needed to discuss this with my Wife, and we came back the next day and bought the truck that Scott had recommended. Not being from the area I've dealt with other dealers that I didn't like. Miller Motors will be my dealer in the future.

I don't like playing mind games with salespeople when trying to pick out the best truck for my needs. If you don't like it either, Ken Hanson is the salesman for you. Easy going but has the knowledge to help you make educated purchasing decisions. I drove away my purchase feeling good about the experience.

`I took a competitor offer in and readily was told they would work to match it in addition have the free car washes and lifetime Miller engine warranty. Steve Halbach was friendly, humorous, and gave me time to make my decision. Really wish Ford wouldn't have black interiors on everything :) but that's a Ford issue. I get competitor pricing but my purchases have been at Miller's for 35 years, I've been happy with all my purchases.
