Just purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. Sales Rep. I dealt with was Scott Lindbloom. I have dealt with Scott before. Always a pleasure to deal with Scott as he is very knowledgeable, sincere and friendly. Will do his best to get you a satisfactory deal. All at Miller Motors were very friendly and helpful.
My husband and I bought a used Ford Escape today from Ken Hanson of Miller Motors in Burlington, WI. We specifically chose Miller, because of Ken being a sales agent there and that we have dealt with over many years - at another dealership in Burlington. Two traits we always look for in buying anything are = honesty and trustworthy. Ken is/has both. Both Ken and Scott Lindbloom (financial) were great. Our sincere thanks to Ken and Scott. We'll be back.

I was looking for a car as we added a new driver in our household. I talked with Ken at Miller Ford, gave him some idea of what we are looking for, and he was able to put me into the perfect car. Ken treated me very well - no pressure, just honest information about the car and helpful service. When we need to add another vehicle someday, this will be the first place I look.
We saw a used vehicle on Miller Motors website. We stopped in to inquire about the vehicle. We did not feel pressured AT ALL to purchase the vehicle. Scott Lindbloom treated us like friends. He sat and chatted with us about the vehicle and helped us understand all of the extras the vehicle included. He even helped my husband set up his phone with the bluetooth. The overall process was seamless.
The customer service at Miller Motors is unmatched. Steve was helpful and courteous. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. Even though it was a 90 minute drive, I would buy a car from them even if I could buy it locally.
