Jeff used to be a reliable service provider in Ridgefield, but apparently with the influx of business in the pandemic period he has become too busy for old clients with smaller jobs. I guess this would be fine if he spelled it out, but in my experience Jeff was challenging to reach, told me he would research my issue and get back to me with a solution, and chastised me weeks and months later when I tried to follow up to get an update.
