I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Skin Renewal Center. I arrived for my appointment only to be told that their machine was not working and that I would need to reschedule. This was already a rescheduled appointment from three weeks ago—when I had actually gotten onto the table before they informed me that the machine wasn’t working. My dad got into a bad accident and finally got into rehab at Miller-Dwan after extensive surgery. We waited for a bed there until they could clean a room. When we got in, the room was disgusting. There were feces on the toilet, toothpaste on the mirror, and old garbage in the trash can. We waited for housekeeping for hours and they never came after asking multiple times for them. The care of my surgical team helped me overcome the extreme anxiety I was having at the time. I'd like to take this time to name that team and thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping with my surgery and recovery.
