There is so much to say about how poorly handled the care was here. One nurse was lovely, but the Dr and the social worker seemed like students. There was zero discharge plan. Zero. I called and asked for a referral and they told me to call myself. It’s totally insane. I’d love to tell you about the part where the Dr tried to make it seem like it was my fault but I’d like to remain HIPPA compliant. Please, if you have a loved one who needs care do NOT send them here.
The staff was very kind and helpful. Very thorough in explaining everything to me. Took very good care of me during my short stay.
I just stayed there for a UTI. The staff were great. Thank you.
It sucked
Was absolutely shocked by how much the miller-Dawn facility has deteriorated. My wife came in for a routine surgery which required an over night stay. The medical staff were very professional and supportive however the facilities are run down many things not working or placed out service. The carpeting was very worn and soiled. Bath room broken and patient room just needs renovation even the electrical in the patient room like the gfi can blowing out trying to plug an apple phone charger in.
