I spoke with Shawn and he was incredibly professional and kind right off the bat. He scheduled to come out the next day and discovered that the compressor was out, which wasn’t a surprise as the unit is 14 years old. He then gave me my options with quotes, and I decided on a new unit. The technicians who installed the new unit were right on time and were super efficient.
