I've dealt with them for years. They've always been courteous, helpful and informative as well as had my taxes completed in a timely manner.
They have done my taxes for years and worked with me on their fee during years I owed taxes. But, last year was the final straw. The last two years, I was charged over $200 for a simple, electronic filing. For 2022 taxes, their fee was $228. When I went to the office to sign my paperwork, they rang it up for $208.
