My experience with Jason, the sales advisor who helped me was very good. Jason was very courteous and professional. then, the "closer" came and frankly I was incensed. I will basically paraphrase what I heard him say: 1) My trade is a POS and I'm lucky to get what he offered. 2) I'm lucky he is willing to sell me his car because he can get more at the auction. 3) I'm an idiot if I don't buy their used car because it is a great value. I had an excellent experience at Miller Buick. I love my new Buick Enclave. My sales rep Maskit Mosman was exceptional and got me exactly what I wanted. The finance team was great too. The owner even came over and introduced herself and spoke with us for a while. They treated us like family and I would highly recommend them. Since day one(2016) the service at Miller GMC has been excellent.
I highly recommend Stan Louis at GMC, he was a pleasure to deal with for the process of purchasing our new car. His friendly and helpful personality made it a breeze and an easy transaction. Just yesterday I posted a negative review. I was in the dealership for a while and was ignored, so I left. I did go back today, and found out they do read the reviews. I want to thank Dave, Christina, and someone else who's name does escape me right now, sorry. Dave did read the review, and was very apologetic for what happened. So when it is time to make a purchase, I will give them a try and see what they can do for me. The only reason for just 4 stars right now is I have not purchased yet.
