Absolute worst customer service. I have been calling for 3 months. Yes 3 months, to talk to a sales manager. I have been told numerous times that someone would call me back. I have left dozens of voicemails. No one return calls! Updated. Still trying to talk to a person. Talked to one guy who seemed helpful but that was the end of that. Called the gap insurance company directly and they said they issued a check to Miller GMC the same day I called. I have still not heard a thing from them. That was 6 weeks ago.
I do not recommend this dealership at all. I leased my first vehicle here. As the lease comes to an end and I am considering purchasing the car, getting information from them is a nightmare and they are very rude. Made my first vehicle experience a nightmare and I will not be giving them my business in the future nor recommending them to anyone.
RecommendedQuick service, social distancing in the waiting and schedule. Everyone is wearing masks. Repairs were made and the did the service while I was there so I didn’t have to go back.
we put a deposit down and SIGNED for a vehicle and it WAS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! How unprofessional!!!! Don’t shop here!! Spread the word. SHOP AT PRINCETON GMC!!!
