Excellent, fast service and soo happy with our purchase. We felt we got a great deal on our Toyota Sequoia.
Worst place ever to get a car. Only had the car for 3 months then transmission went. They said they couldn't do nothing to help me with the problem. I felt as if they knew there was something wrong with the transmission when they sold me the car.
I bought a car back in February and thought it was a great buy. By July I began have transmission issues and now into September the car is almost completely undrivable. I have had better experiences with random people selling cars on craigslist than a dealership. If i would have know the car would have only lasted me 8 months, I would have taken my almost $3,000 elsewhere....
I had the pleasure to meet Jackie at Miller Bros. when I was with a friend purchasing his Chevy truck. What a Great experience to deal with such an honest and personable sales agent. Jackie took the extra time to make us both feel like we were her only client (even though she was extremely busy that Monday morning). You couldn't ask for a better buying experience and you certainly wouldn't get that "one-on-one" attention at a large dealership. I had an extremely pleasant experience with Miller Bros. They were extremely willing to work with me in all aspects of car buying and really seemed to want to give me the best outcome available. They even changed my oil the day of my purchase and volunteered to replace a part on the car I purchased just to be sure I wouldn't have any issues after buying the car. They are a fun, family-owned business that sells high-quality vehicles and they really care about their customers.
INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Most auto places we tried contactacting don't even return your calls or texts, within 3-5 minutes of facebook messaging Miller Bro's I was responded to. And not just that but we had a lengthy conversation of what we needed and what they had to offer. Jacqueline suggested a few things they had and set up an appointment with us.
