Very sloppy work and low customer service at front desk. I recently took my car to get an oil change and tire rotation and I just noticed they forgot to put back one of my wheel lock lug nuts. Not only is this NOT safe but it’s now going to cost me to replace the set of 4. Let’s see if the owner wants to make this right.

I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, but today’s experience was very disappointing. The lady at the front desk seemed to be having a bad day and unfortunately took it out on me. When I asked about the type of oil I’ve always used for my vehicle, she looked up my record but couldn’t find any information — which concerned me since I’ve been coming here for two years and each oil change costs around $250.
