Ms Miller has been my property manager for several years. She gave me sound financial advice, increased my profits and filled tenant vacancies in a timely manner. She knows the graphics of rentals in the area I searched for the best investment for me. She came highly recommended and I want to pass that on. I trust her guidance
Was looking into buying a property to owner-occupy from Karen. She was unwilling to negotiate at all during the process, and when we eventually withdrew the contract that we had due to the property having termites & other glaring issues, she begins harassing our consultant friend over "not doing it correctly" and other nonsense. Would not recommend.
She is the seller and broker of a property I was interested in buying; she's very unreasonable and only wants to sell on her terms--no compromise or reasonableness of negotiations. She repeatedly would say, "well, I don't have to sell." Well, I don't have to buy, either--so we walked away from her water and termite damaged property. I feel sorry for her tenants.
Maybe don’t drive psychotically and dangerously tailgate people when you have your business decal on your car? Seems like you don’t care about the community at all. I would never use you as a realtor, and based on these reviews I wonder how you’re even in business.
