Nothing gets done. No maintenance. The Internet is horrible, and when we said well just buy our own, they wouldn't let us stop paying for theirs, which breaks contract. The worst experience ever.

This place has had some bad rap, but honestly the ward is phenomenal. It's worth any hassle just for that to be honest! Every apartment in the complex has been renovated and is now much higher quality. Course, my apartment is the model apartment they show to other people coming in, because our apartment has every new appliance they promised to give. The only reason this has more than one star is because of location and price. Location is good, price is okay. Other than that, it's awful. I lived in a rennovated apartment, and even then the carpets were disgusting, the door handles were broken, the closets were falling apart, and managment was awful and unresponsive. We never passed a cleaning check, always for the stupidest reasons. The A/C never worked during the year that I lived there. The only saving grace of the facility is the open atmostphere.
