The service is extremely expensive, and they failed to fix the issue. I experienced the same problem again after just two weeks. While an official Toyota coil costs $127, they are charging over $300.
Yesterday I was told that the order is here, the ABS system is there. And they said to make an appointment, I kept making an appointment but they did not do anything, they did not help. Office 3rd and Parts department.I have been using the car with a fault for a week. They are currently waiting outside in the cold. They won't even let us in to the waiting room.
Terrible. Chubby Caucasian guy is a total pain to deal with.. This person should not be working here and interacting with potential customers. Would not want to deal with this location at all.
