My experience today was very unpleasant, I'm already paying a lot of money for mentenence on my 2021 Toyota highlander, I was extremely horrified when they told me that it would cost me over$ 1000.00 just to change my coolant, transmission and break fluids...I was planning to trade in my car for a new Toyota highlander, but I will have to think twice about doing it at this dealership..I really think that it's a RIP OFF ( BIG TIME) that there are charging me this amount of money , just to change these fluids...I have a few mo... read more

BUYER BEWARE Saw a vehicle I wanted online, called to give them a deposit and would then go to dealership to pay remainder with bank check. They REFUSED to sell me the car because I wouldn’t finance it. True story, craziest thing I’ve ever heard, and perhaps not legal? Nothing disclosed on the web site about this type of policy.
