I'm upset no one mentioned during booking that the kitchen was out of service, so there was no hot breakfast! When booking a hotel, one of the things I look for is free HOT breakfast. Especially considering the price per day! SMH
Gorgeous hotel and venue, great professional staff, good food. A beautifully restored century old grand building.
Horrible experience w/ many levels of management. They do not care about the safety and well being of the customer or about the service they are putting out. It’s all about $$$ to them. Do not recommend. Spend your $$ where you will be taken care of.
Every employee I have been in contact with has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service! Gorgeous facility with surprises everywhere!
