I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Millennium Termite and Pest subcontracted Elite Construction to repair dry rot damage on my house, including trim, siding, and a barge rafter. Had a great experience with Millennium Termite and Pest! Frank completed the pest inspection and was right on time. He was very thorough with both the inside and outside of the home. Afterwards, he walked me through his findings and explained everything clearly. We received the full report the next day. Highly recommend Frank and Millennium Termite and Pest and I will be using them again!
