After two other pest companies inspected my home for termites, Frank, with Millenium, was the only one to be thorough enough to discover a second colony. Christina, the office manager, was very helpful, patient, and supportive as we asked questions about prepping our home for tenting and fumigating. Thank you, Frank and Christina!!!
Danny and Jake have a nice service and professional. they did great job.
This business provided a home inspection service for a property we planned to purchase. The fee for inspecting and detailing their notes was about $600. Their inspection notes were pretty good but their repair service was not so great. The cost for pest portion was around $4000 +/- which seemed high for what they did. There was an add'l fee for work that was for material and labor fixes, but I dont remember that total cost.
