O have an extreme phobia of hospitals. This one was Supreme. They treated me with the upmost respect, gentleness, care, concern. I couldn't believe how I felt about this experience. I honestly love these people. I would recommend them in a heartbeat above any huge hospitals in Idaho. During the last 3 years of chaotic horrors in hospitals, this one rises above by a landslide.
VERY DECEPTIVE!!! I was told by the staff that everything concerning my surgery had been per-authorized through my insurance before the surgery. I specifically asked if anesthesia was included, and was told yes it was. 6 months after the surgery a new claim was submitted to my insurance for anesthesia by Millennium Surgery Center. As the claim was after the fact, my insurance assessed me a new deductible and new liability for the surgery. I contacted my insurance who then fixed the issue... I thought.
