I have been trying for over a month just to schedule a follow up appointment in order to get a prescription refilled. No one answered the phones and they did not notify they would be closed for 2 weeks until basically the week they closed. After finally having someone answer the phone (after trying for over a month now) they proceeded to tell me I would have to call back the next day because they could not schedule any appointments. I won’t even give these people a star if I could they have the worst communication skills, customers service. The front desk is horrible no empathy or respect whatsoever for patients I don’t know how there still in business it’s like pulling teeth with these people they never answer their phones horrible place don’t use these people. Oh and they’ll send you a repeat message We pride ourselves…….. that’s all they do horrible place

this is the WORST practice I have ever experienced. It has been 3 weeks and no communication what so ever on my results. I have been going through issues for 3 months and have had several visits and numerous phone calls/messages and have YET to receive any sort of response . They were quick to take my money and charge my insurance ....HORRIBLE
