Whoever is running in the front office named Lisa is horrible service she hangs up every time you even say hello. I will be reaching out to corporate horrible service and Im very disappointed in Millennium lab for even hiring on this type of behavior and then have it be your front line
Office phone is horrendous. I waited on hold for about 10 minutes each time and I had to call back three times today My doctor is good, but the front office is terrible Even if you are really sick, they don’t call you back right away. Get rid of the answering service it’s horrible. Waited all day for my ARNP or doctor to call back. Never did. Had to go to the walk in clinic elsewhere as I could not breathe.
It is impossible to speak to a human. And once you get a human they're rude and very short with patient. Horrible customer service and worse customer communication
Ive been going here for years and overall like them.
