Terrible since Dr. Maddock retired. Poor customer service, constantly changing or cancelling appointments, huge price increases. They charged me $118 for a 5 minute video call saying that it counts as an office visit!
Excellent doctors and staff.
I can’t say enough how great this place is. It starts with Diane P at the front desk. She’s so friendly and helpful that it makes the experience of going to the doctor much more pleasant and enjoyable. Also need to say that Doctor Bhavikq is great. She really takes her time and is very thorough. She’s also extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This is really a great practice and gives you a real feeling of confidence that you’re getting fantastic medical care.
Wonderful place and wonderful staff but I got the Dream Team!’nn
