Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been a patient at Millennium Physician Group for less than two months, and unfortunately, I’ve already decided to find another practice. My first few visits were okay, but after I continued pushing my doctor about my symptoms, additional bloodwork was ordered. Dr Frank really does care about your personal health because he gets down to the baseline of what you can do for your health. He believes that your health is the cornerstone of a long happy life and he wants to work with you to get there. His staff makes you feel like you are a guest and not just a number because you matter at this office! Awesome place to get health care!
I had a very pleasant experience during my visit. The office staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Dr. Sirchia was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt well cared for and appreciated the excellent level of service provided by the entire team. I would highly recommend this practice.
My experience with this practice has been frustrating. I found them difficult to deal with. For example, they wouldn’t give me a lab req for a lab that had to be repeated 4 weeks later until the day before my lab appointment. Every PCP I had ever seen, provided me the lab req immediately. Also, the PA cannot write certain prescriptions. If one of these prescriptions is needed, it requires a separate appointment with the doctor and of course you get charged for another office visit.
