I made an appointment to see a primary care doctor and the day of my appt they cancelled it . I didn’t get any notification , no call, no email saying it was cancelled . I go to check in and they say I’m sorry it was cancelled . Thank you for wasting my time and rescheduling my appointment without even notifying me or calling to let me know. The front desk didn’t offer any solutions or new dates remote close to when I needed to be seen. I will not come back
This one star is excluding Shannon and Misty and they're wonderful caring professionalism. Millennium has gotten to the point where you're just a number and never used to be that way. Leaving millennium and moving on after many years.
