I love Dr Smerling and his nurses! He is kind compassionate and thorough. Highly recommended to everyone.
Had an appointment with Dr. Zarilla (referred by Dr. Anton). Waited over 50 minutes and when I went up to the Secretary I was told there was a medical emergency. No one told me. They let me sit there with NO notice!!! Apparently my time is not important! I walked out and no one has bothered to call to set up another appointment or apologize!!!
This Physician Group is a shame. They only work for the insurance, not the patient. First they annoy you with tons of emails, text messages, and reminders. Second, they force you to answer personal questions on their questionnaire that would clearly not be any of their business. I assume to sell the information to insurances. Third, all the PAs and doctors do is prescribe medication without really trying to get to the core of the problem and try to eliminate problems that can be corrected naturally.
