I have been going to this group for the past 3 years. I've NEVER had a bad experience. The ladies at the front desk are always very professional and friendly. I've seen Vicky Brooks, the NP several times and she's ALWAYS been attentive, professional, courteous and warm. Dr Shrestha has also been incredibly attentive, professional, always a smile and she always remembers to ask about my mom who was also her patient. I will recommend them to anyone looking for consistent care.
If you are struggling with your health please DO NOT COME HERE. They are unprofessional and do NOT care about their patients. Please listen to the reviews. Vicky is extremely unprofessional. She left 5 minutes ate my appointment time and the secretary didnt bother to call me. I drove all the way there for nothing. They will not be receiving a DIME from me. She embodies the mean nurse stereotype. Do NOT waste your time.

This Dr. Is not working for me! She was not concerned with my chronic problems. And only wanted to upsell for her corporate overlords. I’ll put my knowledge of my disease against her knowledge any day. If 0 stars was an option that’s what I would choose.
